About The Gita
Yoga Nidra For Practice
Verse 1 to 47
“"It was a pleasure to hear the way you explain Gita Philosophy along with yoga nidra 🙏 Even after a 3 hr session, I felt as if the session was conducted only for half an hour. Due to the impactful teaching of Yoga Nidra, I found great changes in my own personality. I would suggest everyone to take advantage of these Gita sessions. "”
